I managed to get an appointment a week out from when I called. Jamal was professional and knowledgeable and helpful. I asked for an oil change, cabin filter change and battery replaced. All done on time and better price than the dealer. All electrical systems were properly reset. Will bring my Audi for service to J-Pro from now on. Thanks Jamal.
